Has anyone noticed Appendix A (draft House of Sport operating plan) B (offer for the land with valuation advice) and C (bank reference) are maked 'confidential' and are therefore absent?

So we don't get to see how much the HoS will make, how much the club is receiving for the land or whether our season ticket money is being used in this deal.

THE WHOLE DEAL STINKS

turn up at the egm and ask the questions
none of this can happen without the shareholders backing.

House of Sport may not make enough money anytime soon to recoup Borley's outlay.

The land sale was £1.8million to PMG and was independently valued. ;)

Steve with Borley doing the HOS and the release of the hotel land, is admin still a possibility?

i think the next fortnight are the biggest two weeks in the clubs recent history paul.
i think investors want to see the club doing their bit before they do theirs and this is step one along that road
next step to quote hitler "get the white haired liar out of our club"

If we take everyone's actions at face value it does seem that the club are trying to realise any asset and using them to pay off as much debt as possible. This, I hope, is pointing to an overall lessening of our debt and therefore showing investors a, slightly, better set of accounts.

You could try a FoI request but I'm not too concerned about parts being confidential, tbh. There's a big difference between public interest and commercial sensitivity.
