Is tomorrow D DAY Not Wednesday

If the club are to be placed into administration it would have to be done tomorrow [ or before the club enter the court room] by Paul Guy .He is be major secured creditor.

The HRMC TAX OFFICE has lost there secured creditor status some years ago.
Guy would then take ownership of the club like Ken bates did at Leeds.

The advantage of this to Guy is he would get his loans paid back in full.
The likes of Langston and other creditors would get 8p in the pound.

In what way?
What are the implications of him joining the board?
Advantages to him are?
Advantages/disadvantages to the club are?

Any ideas, anyone?

As the main secured creditor he and he alone can put the club into admin.Thats what Ken Bates done at Leeds.
Bates put them in admin and then took them straight out.
What was the advantage of this? The unsecured creditors got 8p in the pound.
The HRMC tried to challenge this in court and lost.
What was the downside of the ken Bates solution.
Well Leeds lost 10 points then a further 15 points the following season.
Is this why Borley has skipped the Country?
Does he know this scenario is about to happen.

Leeds took two hits because they took the Admin route too late into the season (4th Thurs in March I think) - I believe we would only incur a 10 point hit this season if we act fast - has to be tomorrow though I suspect - minus 10 and a football club relatively debt free that can build a competitive squad on the cheap like Burnley/Blackpool sounds good to me.

I Believe
Borley and Guy have let PR Suffer during Jan,even DJ has turned.
Malaysians are still there.
This last week Borley got the EGM like he promised he would to me.

Thanks Annis - can you give the proceeds to the tax man ? Do you think we will be in Admin this week and do you think we will pacify HMRC - Promise I won't ask any more questions then - And don't say "You WILL find out on the 10th"
