click browse and add file then click upload file

if there's a picture on the net somewhere you want to put on, copy the link to the photo paste it with [img ] before and [ /img] after it ( without the spaces though

The extension bmp is not allowed.

nah dont work

.bmp files are very large, try and save it as a .jpg and you should be fine
