A man takes his son out for a drive and crashes and dies, the son survived. The ambulance takes the boy to hospital, he is rushed in to emergency and the doctor looks at the boy and says "Oh my god, that's my son"

How is that possible ?

A lady shoots her husband.
She then holds him underwater for over 5 minutes.
At last, she hangs him.
But five minutes later they both go out together and enjoy a wonderful dinner together.
How is this possible??

Pronounced as one letter,
And written with three,
Two letters there are,
And two only in me.
I'm double, I'm single,
I'm black, blue, and gray,
I'm read from both ends,
And the same either way.
What am I?
