We would have lost that game last year.
We had some bad luck with injuries today but the lads dug deep and the tactics worked well against a team that
has had millions spent on it this summer.
I thought Millar was much better in the second half and the defence looked far more solid when Darcey came on.
IMO just like Millar and Earnier doesnt work up top, neither does Hudson and Gerrard at the back. Rudy, injury pending, surely needs to start on Wednesday and I would also like to see Darcey start at the back with Gerrard.
We sure need another striker, maybe 2, and a centre half with pace.
All in all, satisfied with a point today

Its all about ticking over this early in the season whilst our new team gel. I am really happy with this start.
