Court case my view based on hopes rather than actual facts.

I think that the club will pay a significant amount off Tomorrow(£1 million) and promise to settle the bill with the guaranteed money that will be generated when an EGM agrees to the land sale deal.

Short term then the club will be ok.

We then have to get through to the end of the season which we will be able to just about manage.

OFCOURSE WE ARE IN A TERRIBLE FINANCIAL MESS AND THERE ARE DEFINATE BILLS THAT ARE BEING NOT PAID.

Providing the players’ wages get paid we are going to make the end of the season.

There is one or two things that could also happen...the best case scenario is that the investment happens...we could also reach the play offs and get a possible promotion...

If neither of the above happens...then a mass sale of the players would have to happen and we would have to start again...just like we did when Jones first arrived at the club.

I base that on what little information I have and I truly hope that the EGM will leave us with a far better prognosis of our future, one thing is certain we can not allow the mismanagement of the finances continue in the way they have been for the past few years or the debt will continue to consume our club...Big changes need to happen in the summer if we fail to go up or we fail to get investment.

That’s just my thoughts tonight..NOT FACTS JUST AN OPINION...

It was another great win tonight and massive thanks to our weary team and manager for at least keeping the playing side of things so great during these traumatic times off the field for our club.
Fair play to them, I am not sure how long we can keep this up with a threadbare squad but they are doing us proud at the moment.

That predicates upon HMRC accepting another deal.

Which may not be likely. We've burnt any goodwill with them whatsoever.

Now, if the HMRC bill is PAYE/NI, then chances are that the club pay quarterly, not annually. Given I'd find it highly unlikely HMRC launched a winding up order one day after a new bill being overdue, I'd suspect there's another payment, minimum, due before transfer window ends.

Selling the land to pay the current one, well, what about the next one?

Without investment, we'll face another winding up order before the transfer window IMO.

I think Corky answered that in his post. We should just about limp over the line until the summer window when there will be a massive fire sale of players (or even free transfers just to get the high earners off the wage bill) and all the proceeds or savings used to pay off debt including the HMRC.

The club is selling land to pay the current winding up order.

There will be another PAYE/NI bill prior to transfer window opening. Other bills will also be added, and almost certainly not paid - other creditors may well go the court route.

I don't believe we'll cover that without investment.
