That's nothing to do with Riddler, solely down to the trial Judge's decision.

The case is open hearing - just rung the winding up department of the high court. I will be going down there at around 11:30am

The lady stated it is likely that all the cases will be completed by lunchtime

They just done the deal outside the court room and accepted for now £1.2 million. it just has to go before the judge now.

YES I WOULDNT BOTHER TO POST IT OTHER WISE,CITY HANED OVER THE MOONEY YESTERDAY on condition it they get more time,Before a court case solicitors etc meet up outside the court room and sort it from both sides, and then they go in and the JUDGE IS TOLD FOR NOW THE TAX MAN IS HAPPY BUT THEN WANTS MORE MONEY BY A CERTAIN DATE, SO IT HASNT GONE AWAY.

So we got another adjournment then? probably 28 days. Enough time for an EGM, oust the Riddler and the malaysians to come on board or we will be bust for sure.

The EGM wil ratify the land sale and that will see the money go straight to the taxman.

Lots of things get posted that are almost 100% fact, only for them to change at the last minute.

You can't blame any of ask for being jittery today, hence the need for clarifaction.
