84 was the firework event, nothing in away end apart from the firework rocket boys who fired directly over the pitch into the shed as the hidden lads going 2 down literally piled the shed. Speedie, Dixon shit em selves

I thought Wednesday were champions then? Biggest away crowd I have seen for a City game there. They took over the whol Grange End and there were loads in fancy dress

I went there twice in 1 season watching cardiff back in the early 80's coz we drew up in the league cup , we drew the cup game and won the league game . We stood on an old crumbling open end terrace with weeds growing between the steps and the shed end opposite and that huge stand to the left :ayatollah:

Nice little village just outside York went camping there and got bolloxed. Kicked off big time back in 1066 against the Norwegions then lost to France the following week.

I went to watch Chelsea v West Ham a few years ago. Zola ripped West Ham apart and Chelsea won 5-1. cracking game of footie, only problem was I had £5 on Zola score first Chelsea win 4-1, he scored first and Chelsea got their 5th about 5 minutes from the end!!

I've been for a visit once but the cunts wouldn't let us have a look around even though there wasn't a game on any time soon. That was before all that 9/11 hooha as well!

Anyway, I'm hoping that my first proper experience of Stamford Bridge will be a positive one. Anything less than 4-0 and I'll deem it an ok result!

A few times. First time in March 1985 v Tottenham when Ken Bates put up electric fences around the terraces, then v Man Utd when there was a big Chelsea invasion of the away end just before half time, 1989 v Millwall when I was in the away end and Millwall tried to smash the fences down, 1993 v Tottenham which was the game that had the Chelsea ambush on the pub in Kensington High Street then finally about 1994 v Tottenham.

I also went there when there was no game on. Up to the mid 90s, you could just stroll in off the street the place was so open. It was a Wednesday afternoon and we strolled in, sat in the dug outs, pissed on the Shed  :ayatollah: and walked back out after 10 minutes or so

Men against boys at Pad. They took the piss big time. Been there twice with City and once with Millwall in the Littlewoods Cup circa 84. Chelsea that night did not want to know and you could not blame them. Millwall had about 8,000 and they were very heavy. First night game I saw a Helicoptor watching the fans,.
