A couple of years ago, they kept Man City fans in at Chelsea.
A Man City fan had a phone call at the end of the game saying his Wife was about to drop, come quick, the police wouldnt and kept ManCity Fans in for 40 Minutes, he missed the Birth of his Child.
He Sued Chelsea and got Thousands.
Since then, they have never kept anyone in.

Sounds like an urban myth tbh - a) would have to be an incredibly quick labour to have missed with a 40m delay and b) fans would be kept behind based upon advice from the safety advisory group, not the club.
