IF THE SHAREHOLDERS VOTE

against the land sale, how would the board react ?

Ok it sounds crazy to start with :

if shareholders vote against the move the club will very probably go into adminstration soon after, as the money raised would pay the taxman ?

so why would they want to do that you ask. Well this is how I see it, Peter Ridsdale is going knowhere unless he gets what is best for Peter Ridsdale. He is hanging on getting every pay check he can get his hands on until new investment comes in and then he will get the sale from his shares too. The man will not walk away. But we are led to believe that whilst he is here there will be no investment from where we think it is coming from anyway.

Demonstrations have not been as successful has hoped so there is only one language he seems to understand, Money.

Now if the shareholders vote to approve the sale then it would seem that the taxman is paid and the threat of a winding up oreder dismissed. BUT WHAT HAPPENS THEN ?

Where will the money come from to pay the bills for the end of FEB and each month after ?

Surely we will end up in administration anyhow but in the meantime the FATCAT keeps taking his huge salary.

But if the shareholders voted against the sale of the land the board would surely shit themselves and be forced into action, I am not speaking on behalf of anyone bar myself when I say this but I believe that we want Peter Ridsdale out more than anyone else, so would the board then STAND UP AND TELL HIM TO GO because if they dont THEY ALL LOSE money, including PR himself.

It sounds radical and a very dangerous strategy but are we not getting to the point where it will fall down soon enough anyway.

Dont forget how Sam was ousted from the club, he was told that if he didnt go the club would be put into administration and he would not get a penny. Wouldnt the same strategy work again.

I dont expect everyone to agree with this notion I am saying what I think and would like to hear everyone else's view on it.

Carl, I see where your coming from, but all of them conspired and Stabbed Sam Hammam in the Back.

Paul Guy stands to loose £9 million and Borley approx £3 Million plus both their Shares if we go in to Administration.

I am starting to think I couldnt care less if we did.

Yes they did conspire against Sam so why would nt they now against PR.

We are told Annis that the Malaysians are in the background waiting for PR to go, it is quite simply down to Borley and Guy to force him out as they along with PR are the majority shareholders, so if they want him out they have to play him.

Sometimes I think Carl Borley is telling me the whole story.
Yet he makes me believe and says that the Riddlers Days are numbered.

What about the Premier club ? PMG have their £9m partly secured against incomce from the Premier Club.

If the footy club went into admin. what would the position of the Prem club be, its a seperate company, but is it part of the group ?

If not PMG would just continue to take the Prem club money off the new club.

Also if Guy, Hall go on the new board there would be potential conflicts of interest and so the chances of admin would be reduced. Don't forget thats why Hall left the board before, as they had the security on the player transfer fees he couldnt be seen to be favouring PMG if CCFC went bust. They MUST have an endgame in mind here.

Tim I believe it is down to Guy and Borley, they have the means to dispose of him
