I agree you need someone with a bit of character and bite, someone that can motivate them, id go for maybe chops or gerrard.

I'd go for McNaughton. A cracking defender and one who is popular with his team mates.

I'd say steve mcphail but he's out for a month.

I don`t think Jay should be captain for two reasons.

Firstly , he is not natural captaincy material - how often do you see him geeing up his teammates on the pitch ?

Secondly , centre forward is hardly the best place to captain the side from.

I would probably go for Gerrard , or maybe McNaughton.

saying that though, performance wise, jay is a massive part of the game we play, and if it brings an extra 5 % out of him, and that little more responsibility then i dont have a problem with it.
other than that, no natural leaders, gerrard maybe? fans fav. choice would prob be super kev.

Definitely Chopra or Gerrard. I would say Gerrard because sometimes Chopra just moans to the defenders when he has no idea what is going on.

I dont mind Jay as captain he seems to always play well when he is given reponsibility.

We are seriously lacking leadership. Maybe going on experience Gypes could be an option..?

We Def need a leader but DJ doesnt like players who stand up for them selves.

The defence have been very lucky this season that we have scored so many because the constant errors which they do is schoolboy errors at best.
