I talked to him nearly every day, seems a nice guy, but PR controls him.

You can certainly ask any question at the EGM, but whether you get a proper substantiated answer is another matter. The problem will be PR can spin any old crap because no official documents are likely to be at hand.

Unfortunately as much as I would love charges being brought for misappropriation of funds against Ridsdale and some directors, there is not a cat’s chance in hell of that happening.

The directors voted for the bonus and it should have been paid within the terms of Ridsdale's contract.

However, if the terms of that contract have been fundamentally breached then in theory the shareholders could sue Ridsdale and the directors. Whilst the failure to commission the under soil heating would in all likelihood not be a fundamental breach it would be interesting to find out if the overspend of £7m was.
