I would move immediately the family stand to the other end, swop the Canton Stand over to it.
The Ninian Stand would also change drastically as I would offer all those who do not want people standing near them to move out to the lower Grandstand.
I would remove Every Rugby sign of the stadium and let the egg heads off the remainder of there lease as they want out any way.

I would want local talent amongst the management, so would offer Jason Perry a chance of being on the coaching staff.
