Depends what they are saying. The ones I speak to usually say Cardiff are rubbish. I ask them to clarify and they say, well, they are not in the Prem. Definately glory hunters who do not know what football and supporting a local team is about.
They will never be well rounded citizens as they are unable to deal with failure. It's nearly the end of the world for a Liverpool fan in work. It's as if he doesn't know there are league placings below 4th and shock of shocks he did not know Liverpool played yesterday.

As I am only 17 and in 6th form so I probably come across them more often than older people that are in work etc.
There are two type's, you got the one's who support Liverpool / Man U and also like Cardiff and want them to do well. I can bare these type's but the type I hate are the so called die hard Liverpool / Man U fans that hate Cardiff.
There is this one boy who supports Man U and he hates Cardiff but have never even been within 100 miles of Manchester. First Class Knob.

totally agree. few of the boys in my year at 6th form. saying as soon as cardiff or swansea go up they will get a season ticket and just go watch the big 4. bunch of wankers all of them
Fri Feb 19, 2010 2:23 pm
i always get them saying "ill support cardiff when they get to the premiership"......tossers
Fri Feb 19, 2010 2:24 pm
Look at Chelsea, used to be a real supporters club all about the football. Overnight that changed to what they are now with all the hanging on, wine drinking, passionless wank stain fans.
Success attracts knobs, we'll go the same way eventually. It's sad but true.
Fri Feb 19, 2010 2:28 pm
you could garentee wen we get to the premiership, these fuckers will be first in the queue, and our phones will be red hot, wen the likes of united, chelsea , liverpool play here....thats wen il loose the plot.

perhaps this is the way most clubs are heading? most of the prem is the same with maybe a few exceptions
Fri Feb 19, 2010 2:32 pm
in my oinion there are very few proper supporters left in the prem............pompey and stoke spring to mind
Fri Feb 19, 2010 2:38 pm
Perhaps the facilities at Fratton Park keep Pompy free from these leaches? I'd say Stoke are also protected due to their geographical position close to other Prem clubs that the knobs can 'support'.

End of the day most of them dont really like football its just that "lads"thing there just sad twats whove never been to a game and never will.

A lot of these plastics are the "Soccer AM generation" who don't look upon Helen Chamberlain as the horrible looking lezzer she so clearly is. I heard her call the current League 1 "Division 2 in old money" on more than one occassion. I bet most of them don't remember the good old days when every ground had more terracing than seating and when you could just turn up at a ground without a ticket to watch a game.
I sometimes wish Sky would acknowledge the fact that football existed before 1992
