so much for the board telling us to be calm and let them do there jobs
were going from one winding up order to the next i do not trust anyone
on the board all they do is take us for fools and are lining there own pockets
we have got to wake up before we end up like portsmouth

i honestly cant see borley or guy standing with the trust if they had
no confidense with the chairman they had ample time to have acted
i think it will be a white wash in imo it just makes u sick
the way they are treating the club and supporters

It is actually closer to £1 million not £700k.

PR has done nearly everyone.

We need to get shot of this imbosile and quickly.

Sorry Sleepers - I meant the end of the club - god knows where any money has been used over the last few years - is there anybody they have paid apart from Ridsdale and Annis ?

I for 1 am f*cking sick of the drivell and bullshit coming from the club!!!

1 abbreviation..............EGM

And then they will all sing from the same hymn sheet same as they have been doing since the shit hit the fan.

Sale of land is the agenda i believe not accounts and a vote of no confidence? If a vote of no confidence was called wouldnt this result in a further meeting?

We shall see, but i fail to see the optimism as we are literally sinking further and further everyday i hope everything is resolved as everybody else who loves CCFC would. My brain is starting to rule my heart until were in the clear.

I will always support the team and get behind the boys vocally, but the board are wank and we all know it :(

its a company i deal with they are owed £500,000 fed up of risdale lies they have made payment plans but pr not keeping to them only £50k paid to thyem in 6 months

Apparently the winding up order is against Cardiff City Stadium Ltd which is a subsidary of CCFC Holdings. So if CSS Ltd was wound up then in theory the football club would continue to trade.

On another note there are some interesting documents on the Companies House website. Compass have a legal charge over all the catering equipment they were supposed to have given us???? in return for the catering rights and some of the prices listed are mind boggling.

The club spent £105,000 on CUTLERY with a further £48,000 on CHAIRS for conference and banqueting facilities.

I'm at a loss to why our club is paying for this when we have supposidly 'sold' the catering rights to compass. If we are buying the fixtures and fittings then why the hell didn't we run the whole shurbang and keep the profits?
