FAO. Cardiff City Supporters Trust; Cardiff City Supporters Club.
There will undoubtedly be a demonstration on March 6th prior to the game against Middlesbrough, unless of course there is a positive change at the club before this date.
I am asking, will you as organisations be supporting a peaceful demonstration ?

individuals who are members of either organisation can join any demo of their own free will
but as the trust is a democratically elected supporters group then if they are to join any protest or are asked by people to support such a protest then they have to ask their members
you cant just have corky saying " right...all out "
I personally agree to peaceful demos but thats just my personal view as an individual member
I think you will find that as it was the trust who called for this egm to ask the clubs questions about its finances...so in terms of wanting answers from the club , the trust is right at the front
and , of course, many members of the trust are shareholders , and have been long before the trust was formed, and will be at the egm

Been to London Today and the talk there was about clubs in crisis just like ours and what the fans can do to try to change things...they said that even the government and the top people in football administration are struggling to see what will happen in the next few months...they reckon quite a few clubs are in very serious trouble and soon clubs will have to fold altogether.
I would support and stand in any demonstration and encourage others to follow but it must be their choice, their will, their desire to want to be there otherwise its pointless.
There will undoubtedly be a demonstration on March 6th prior to the game against Middlesbrough, unless of course there is a positive change at the club before this date.
One thing must be made clear though...What is the aim of the protest...Is it to rid the club of all the board of directors and major shareholders? Just Ridsdale? Just Flitcroft...some of the board?
What do we want the demonstration to achieve? IT WILL CERTAINLY MAKE ME FEEL A BIT BETTER MAKING MY FEELINGS KNOWN TO THE POWERS THAT BE...BUT WILL THEY CARE????????
Our club is in extreme danger of Administration...we are an insolvent company trading at a huge loss and the only assets left are players...the sale of which will cripple any hopes of a bright future short term at any rate.
Ridsdale will be off soon enough with millions pocketted from his mismanagement of our club whilst we are left to suffer...ok his "reputation " will be fucked but hey he wil be sunning himself on some foreign beach somewhere sipping a Tequilla sunrise...laughing at us...he is having it too easy...another £700,000 today...media men banned...Annis cheque about to be bounced( you never know lol)....that is the way its looking...DIRE..we need a miracle in my opinion...

A miracle from the Far East maybe ! Talk of he Malaysians getting on board is still very much going on and we are lead to believe that when Ridsdale goes they will step in ...............but its a chicken and egg thing the way I see it coz he they wont come in til he's gone and I doubt if he will go until they have bought him out ? He wants his money and until he gets it in my opinion he's going nowhere but in the meantime the debts continue to build and there are another 2 major Tax bills due in April and f**k knows where that money will come from , unless by then CCFC has new ownership .
The demo will show to everyone including potential new owners that the fans care about CCFC but in my opinion it wont move Ridsdale coz the only thing he listens to is money Im afraid £££££££££££££££££££££ ! Thats prob the main reason we wont go into admin coz it will de-value his shares a hell of a lot , shame really coz this money grabbing tw*t could sink us when as a club we are in the best position we have been in ever . 5th in the table and brand new stadium is crying out for a takeover so I just hope that the GREEDY b*stard does something soon !

my position is that the way to move forward is by both routes
proper questioning via the egm, press , media
and organised demos
but to be frank , many fans dont read messageboards
so , if people want to organise a demo they need to put people on the ground ...
get some leaflets together and hand them out at the next home game , calling for all concerned fans to demonstate
bit of a waste of time on here really
