Correct there is the only one.

You can ask questions under 'any other business' but I'm sure that there can't be votes on removing the Chairman unless there was an official proposal from a shareholder who was seconded and supported by 5% of the other shareholders. Also there needs to be 6 weeks notice given and a copy of the proposal sent to all other shareholders in advance of the meeting.

So basically the EGM will be a glorified Muni Club meeting where Ridsdale can give any answer he wants to any question, because his answers simply can't be varified by official documentation.

So basically the EGM is going to be a waste of time, Ridsdale will give more spin and we will be none the wiser with regards to the running of the club.

We can't know what will happen Nobby...and you may well be correct and Feck all is achieved,,,we just have to keep trying....Ridsdale and the Board of directors have seen us get in a situation where we have more bills than a farm full of ducks and nothing or nobody is doing anything about it...lets see what they say Wednesday and then decide what we can do next.

If all fails Wednesday then the only way forward must be to demonstrate, but next time with the backing of the trust and the supporters club and the message boards and any other fans who are up for it.

Organisations can't force their members to do anything mate...I back the demonstrations personally and will encourage people to join in...but you can't force people to go to a Demo

True Corky you can't force people to demonstrate and no-one is asking you to.

However, you are a high profile fan (whether you like that or not) and as such you have influence.

Therefore members of this MB would ask you to use your influence to try and encourage as many fans as possible to attend on the 6 March.
