All shareholders are entitled to attend. If they can't attend themselves, they are entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf.

I'm not sure exactly how many shareholders the club has (the number is in the hundreds), but whether they own 1 share (which would be valued at 15p) or 6.2 million shares like major shareholders PMG, they are entitled to attend.

All of the board members will be on the top table. At the last AGM, Dave Jones and the club's auditors were also present.

Everyone knows that it drops below freezing as soon as the sun goes down yet they still wear thin trousers and t-shirt! lol saw 2 guys in front of me actually shivering their tits off yesterday!
