borley as stated thet tg and co will not
come on board while ridsdale is there
so if he does not back the vote what
is the point of him going over to see tg
and partners this is the time for borley and co
to put the welfare of city first and vote him out

If thats the case why have they not got rid of him sooner?

i just dont no 37 but borley and co has asked us to be
calm which we have done and city has gone from one crisis to another
and if this is the only chance off getting rid of ridsdale to get
investment they have to act on it

Firstly I'm not sure if a vote of no confidence in the Chairman can be held on Wednesday as there is no official item for that on the agenda.

Also as I said in another thread Borley and Guy will not vote against Ridsdale because they are both involved in the land sales as purchasers

It wouldn't make sense for them to vote in favour of his proposed land sale and then vote the Chairman out for having no confidence in his decision making.

Not only that once the vote is carried the deals have to be completed quickly in order to release the cash in order to pay the taxman. If Ridsdale was voted out on Wednesday then that could potentially cause a delay while a new Chairman was voted in and all the legal responsibilites were transferred over so he can complete the deals.

I have always thought that a second EGM is needed in order to remove Ridsdale. I would hope that the Trust is already working towards that.
