I'm pretty sure Cardiff City Stadium Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cardiff City Football Club (Holdings) Ltd. Therefore, the football club effectively owns 100% of the stadium company.

isthe stadium now showing on cardiff city balance sheet ? if so does this mean that it doesnt matter if the stadium company is wound up with debts? the company would not have any assets?
