i can beleave anything that happens with the club shop, its always been poor and always will, they really don't care about that side of things, suppose its only little amounts of money coming in, but when they wan't your season ticket money or any other sizeable amounts they make a big song and dance

Problem is the club is still being run like a 4th division club, we've moved up and the 4th div staff are still there! out with the old, in with the new! wayne nash to start with

I went to buy a City Shirt for my Dad the other Sunday and the doors were closed but there were workers inside. So I asked a steward whats going on & he replied 'The club shop is shut because the games on' he was refering to that stupid egg munching shit. I was not happy one f*cking bit!

Makes you laugh that we have rebranded to become more marketable in Asia yet can't even get it right on our own very doorstep.

The place always looks like it is just opening, withboxes all over the place and staff too disinterested to serve anyone.
Disgraceful business attitude in there. Staff look like they could do with a tidy up as well.
Very unprofessional in all aspects.

I Have found the staff themselves to be helpfull and polite stock has always been an issue and nothing to do with most of them
