The Sunday Express article end of January.

where it was claimed Ridsdale has said he was being hounded out because he was English, I emailed Ridsdale this morning as at the time he told me the clubs solicitors were going to get onto the express and get an apology and as it was all lies.

He replied straight away this morning and has told me the apology was printed in the paper the week after. I'm not a Sunday Express reader myself ( No shock there) so does anyone know if this actually the case and an apology was printed?

A small article appeared but it was so small, that I have forgot what it said.

A small article appeared but it was so small, that I have forgot what it said.

It said that Peter Ridsdale had not said what they had claimed , but that Dave Jones had. As Annis said , it was a very small article , tucked away in the middle of page 27 or something.

On the CCFC official site , it mentioned about PR not saying it , but strangely forgot to say that DJ had!!

The Sunday Express has published a retraction over quotes attributed to Cardiff City chairman and chief executive Peter Ridsdale in last week's edition.

The newspaper now accepts that the quotes, concerning "anti-English" feeling, were wrongly attributed to Peter, and says in this week's edition: "We are happy to put this straight."
