Is it possible for someone to represent someone that cannot make it with written permission or will the riddler be dead set against this. As my uncle can't go but wants me to go hope i'll be able to go don't worry i'll be voting with the trust anyways

What needed to be done for this?

Your Uncle was sent a letter and told he could attend, there was a form available for your uncle to fill in and send of allowing a Proxy to attend instead of him...deadline was this morning.

The proxy forms and an explanation of what needed to be done were included with the notice that was sent out to the shareholders.

Basically, your uncle would have had to fill out the form nominating you as his representative and get it to the club by 10am this morning.

Ok no problems. Yes he received it and shredded it and was intending to go but hes working now. He was going to give me his card to go but if thats the case i wont go. Shame really was looking forward to going
