IF THE BOARD SUPPORT PR

Tue Feb 23, 2010 2:03 pm

If there is a vote of no confidence in PR and the board support him rather than vote for the no confidence proposal, should this mean the protest is then aimed at the whole board.

In my opinion, if he get's any support from board members, it is to suit them as individuals rather than the club in general.
This is a genuine concern that there may be too many conflicts of interests, but I'm sure with all becoming "TRANSPARENT" my arse, then we shall all know the true picture, my arse.

Yes it should.

Anyone who supports Ridsdale's wrong doings is a partner in his crimes.

Your right Gwyn, If they back Ridsdale then the question everyone has to ask is why? why is it so glaringly obviously that the club is being run not just badly but incompetently then why would those board members back him other than for self gain? maybe they will give reaons if if they do back him.

Yes it should be aimed at the whole board we have been patient and done what Mr Borley as asked but if he and other members suport Risdale, it will be time for action against them all. We need him out now or i am afraid for the future of the club. Mr Borley if you read this we need your support like we have supported please don't let us down. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

I said in another reply further down the board.
I am glad that the trust are targetting the Board of Directors, rather than Ridsdale alone.
Ridsdale will come into his own tomorrow and deflect whatever somes his way. The rest of the Board will be in a comfort zone.
If you target the board as a whole then, even if not publicly, PR will soon become the scapegoat rather than the line of defence.
Single out others like our Finance Director. They too can be divided and conquered.

IT is the support of shareholders that will make or break the motion, not the board alone, although the board members have the largest shareholding
