What's the criteria, so you have to be born?

Canton first 5 years, Beddau next 5 years but then south of the Cowbridge Road West for 12 years and north of the Cowbridge Road West for the next 20 years.

Does it make me an Ely Boy especially as my dad was born and bred?

Don't tell the wife though she thinks it's Michaelston, St Fagans or The Drope.

We were there in massive numbers during the Ely Riots, you lot have a lot to thank us for, I remember being on a number 12 bus full to the brim with fellow Splott Boys all heading up to Snowden Rd...

had few years stint down docks but back to caerau been here many years

Been away fro regular football for a while now. But remember Ely and Docks having a good turnout when needed.

Not from Ely, but went to Millbank school as I lived until I was 19 down Aldsworth Rd by Ely roundabout. That makes me Canton born and bred.

I lived in Robert Street till I was about 16 moved away for a couple of years then moved back to aintree drive. I was in my early teens in the mid-late 80's but remember all the older lads, used to knock about with Craig from arles road (Tony the boxers son). Got my love of adidas, stone roses and RIP Woodies from Millbank - loved the place.

Macdonald Road now, Snowden Road (during the riots), Cambria Road growing up (if I ever did grow up). Only got back into the City for the last five years, go home and away every opportunity. Loves it.

Archer Rd boy here. Lived there til I was 14 and then Littlecroft Avenue for a few years.
