My gut feeling is it will be 50/50 certain major members will not back him but the rest will back him, not sure what that would start to be honest, whats everyone else opinion? Also like to know who you think would back him and wouldn't?

My feeling is that his position as Chairman has become untenable and that fact will be made crystal clear by many a shareholder to the board tomorrow, if they don't already know it.
Will the Board support PR?. Depends who is on the board now. Borley won't, Guy wont if he's on there now and neither will TG if he's on there now. Flitcroft probably will as will Harris, not too sure about Whiteley, that's my gut feeling. All will be revealed tomorrow.

I have a feeling nothing will come of this tomorrow. Hope I am wrong. I'd love it in true cliffhanger style if Borley and Guy said 'enough is enough' and said they wanted PR out!

Is Guy on the board though? and likewise TG? If they are not, any vote of no confidence in Ridsdale would likely be lost.

I don't think it will be as easy as that tomorrow.
All will want to show a united front to the shareholders, even if what they feel personally is different.
the timing of the VONC will be critical. If you can get PR and the board on the back foot, and divided in their responses, that will be the time. If they have a legit answer for all the questions put forward and keep a united front, then the motion would lack credibility and it will be a struggle to get one of them to stick his neck out and vote no.

Of course they'll back him, its a chain of money men working for themselves and you wont break the link. Crooks and greed work hand in hand as do our board and includes everyone of them.

No idea if this is situation and TBH it's more of a wish list and complete guess in equal measure.
Back January I believe that Guy and Borley had every intention of sacking Ridsdale after the Golden Ticket Fiasco.
However, after talking for 2 hours the agreed that now was not the time to change regime. That's because the Hotel/HoS land sales are cruical to the Malaysian takeover because they reduce the clubs liabilities by £5.6m and the HoS has to be built by December or the club could lose ownership of the stadium to the City Council.
Both directors they needed Ridsdale to stay on so that an EGM could be called and the land sale pushed through using his 10% voting power added to their own. Once the land deals are approved at the EGM there is no reason to keep Ridsdale on and both will refuse to back him and might even vote against him.
Whether that senario is true or not doesn't really change the fact there is no reason to keep here after tomorrow.
