If Borley and Guy can vote on the land deals tomorrow?

Surely it is a conflict of interest for them to vote an asset of the company (CCFC Holdings) to themselves when serving as directors and as such they should abstain and sit the vote out?

If that was the case they must be relying on Ridsdale's 10% to push the deal through and that explains why they haven't sacked him before now.
