HAD A GOOD CONVERSATION WITH SAM

Tue Feb 23, 2010 5:49 pm

Just now, Asked him if he was coming to EGM, No, but told us to stay calm during it. Sam then said
Yes he lied to you regarding buying your Season Tickets, but stay Calm, as you need to be united as fans.
We need these Malaysians now, I still cant understand how we are in so much debt.
Good luck tomorrow Annis, rem I am still hurting and still I have never been paid.

Dont forget Sam's money/debt is not secured.

If it werent for Sam there would be no stadium, no academy and no championship football, so I understand exactly why he spent what he spent.

Dont forget also with the sales of the players that were brought in under Sam then sold under Ridsdale the debt could have been paid off in full.

Don't get me wrong Im not siding with one over another.

PR has risked the future of the club for a lot of people to earn a lot of money.

Gambling isn't a business plan.

The difference I see is Sam created Assets and Ridsdale stripped them.

So I would definately side with one over the other.

Yes he has asset stripped.

He had to pay for massive salaries somehow.

I just wish his brain was as big as his ego.

RIDSDALE gave out the massive wages and has used assets that Sam created to help fund the salaries, but he has run out of assets to sell and he has not created any new assets himself to fund is extavagant wage bill. But Ridsdale now comes to us, the fans, to pull him out of the shit, but that is only short term cause his business plan is seriously flawed

Seriously flawed because he does not have one! Risedale is a gambling man - he relies on other means to run the business on a day 2 day basis - he does not forecast for future issues/outgoings without realying on incomes of other sorts. This can only be done within means and his means have skint us out before any other bill!

Seems like ensuring basic business plans & simple strategies would have stoppped a lot of what has happened to the club.

So is he saying that he hasn't been paid his instalments ? If so then shock horror the Riddler has lied again. You cant fault Sams passion but the same as Ridsdale he shouldent be allowed to run a bath let alone a football club.

Is that definately correct as I queried whether we had made January's payment and was told it was made, or does he mean in full?

I would rather the club have it for players.............

Annis , I presume Sam is sending his vote by proxy regarding the land deal , backing it for obvious reasons . His 4.5 % would have been a good asset if No Confidence motion is tabled against PR IN "Any Other Business " tho. I am guessing he feels a bit stuck in the middle , Sam deserves his money IMHO , but sitting tight wont help either surely, will be definite Admin if the Riddler survives .

What I mean is it would be very unjust for Ridsdale to walk away richer having never put a penny into the club and have the man to save us from the dungeons and responsible for the good we have today end with nothing.

Re: HAD A GOOD CONVERSATION WITH SAM

if it wasnt for sam coming in we would not of had the best 6 years since the 70's but i dont think sam is in any position to comment,
he was the one who got us into so much debt in the first place
he wont want admin as he knows he will lose his money
he is as much to blame

Sam would not necessarily lose his money inan administration scenario. As the largest unsecured creditor he would have a very big say in how the club came out of it. He could even regain control of the club.

He just said, I havent been paid a penny and even after cutting the Debt in more than half. That he was still hurting about the way he has been treated, WORSE THAN ANY ONE COULD IMAGINE.

Clearly protecting his own investment in hope of repayment by staying calm. Sams no mug.
