Adminstration is cheating

Are there any business people here that have gone into liquidation in the past......then set up under another name a little later?

I am not one but I know many who have, and then traded with the same people they owed money too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He said in the interview that teams that go into adminstration should be dropped down two divisions, and they are just has bad has drug cheats.

One other point he makes is that its an offence for directors to trade when the company is insolvent, meaning that they can't pay debts as they fall due. So is Peter Risdale committing a criminal offence to?

liquidation isn't the same as administration.

50,000 companies each yr go into administration, and continue 'trading' after that.

Yeah the point I was making was someone can go under owing all around them......and then set up again.

Is there a difference morally?
