PMG and Borley are owed far more than the value of their shares and would surely just want to be sure of getting their money back.

TG informed me via an email back in late November that he will "be over soon for a board meeting". Which would have been a board meeting some time early December. Just odd that he's not showing up at companies house as a director. However I believe he is a director and he (Dunno if he's in uk now, it's gone all quiet)or a proxy will have a vote tomorrow if required . If as is rumoured Guy is now a director as well, it could be very interesting tomorrow . Not long to wait now so we will soon see.

And Keith Harris got 1.5 million shares for nowt.

I paid 200 pound for my shares now they are worth 20 quid due to so many take overs and debt accumilated got offered by the riddler and the board 20 quid for the shares i happily rejected!


Glad I'm going to the meeting tomorrow though. Looking forward to seeing other people on the boards views I doubt Borley will say a word against Ridsdale but thats only my views don't shoot me please

What an arsewipe.

So he gets £500k of shares at 11.11p then we find out he didn't even pay for them it was a bonus for rearranging some words on the Langston aggreement.

Then the facker wants his 4.5million shares turned into £2million cash. I never had time for businessmen but I could just about find the time to kick this one in the nads.

Did he not sell shares to the trust at 30 pence ? - Robbing f**k!!!

Didn't TLG say recently that Ridsdale's shareholding had decreased by 400,000 shares? Just wondering because £200,000 would buy around 400,000 shares if they were priced at 40p+
