Totally. Massive, loves football, sponsors officals if u look at jackets and Man U. Massive West Ham fan. Runs new lotus race team. Couldnt buy WH, but i believe will get behind team of other course. If you read the above article to the bottom of the page it states..... Chan Tien Ghee was the first Malaysian to partly own a foreign club with his purchase of a stake in Cardiff City, a Welsh club that plays in the English Championship last November.

It would sort of be ironic that an alleged Cardiff fan (Sullivan) would run West Ham and a West Ham fan Fernandes could end up running Cardiff.
