John Davies (Wolverhampton Wanderers fan) says...
Up until last May 09 I had my own company a small one with myself and another guy, we were owing money out - £11grand and took advice, we were told that has directors if we knowingly carried on operating without paying our creditors we were operating against the law and could be fined or go to prison - so why are pompy's directors carrying on knowing that they owe and are not paying their creditors? one law for the "big" guys and one law for the "small" guys - kick them out I say.

I think it's obviously unfair but football clubs are pillars of the community. If a football club goes under then a community suffers. So the powers that be are more willing to be lenient to football clubs because they are such a vital institution.
