Would be………. Leave your little phone calls to Steve Borley and Peter Ridsdale the pair of f*cking shysters have tucked you up spewing their propaganda for you to pass on to us . Ridsdale has made it clear who he is months ago, That Borley fellow has made it plain at 10am this morning who he is!! What was the EGM for this morning??? To pass a motion to sell land for Borley to screw more money out of the club!!! Let’s leave the “I’ve heard from a good source or“I’ve just spoken to……” The Bastards just use people to make money!! Id rather be skint!!!!

The land that was agreed this morning is one less liabiliaty for the club though. Borley now has to build the house of sport himself which was meant to be built by last year sometime I think. That was one of the conditions of the stadium go ahead.
There probably will be rent from the house of sport, but I doubt it will be much when compared to the build costs.

My advice is cut all ties with any of the board with regards to City and keep emotions in check.

Don't get personal, get even via Fans Power alone.

It may have been a liability to the club but the only downside from NOT building it on time was that the council would not allow the club to sell the OTHER parcel of land which was worth £1.8million.

So Borley takes the House of Sport off the books which allows the club to sell the bigger bit of land and guess who will benefit from that land when a hotel is built or it is sold on at a profit.

So two more potential assets are removed from the clubs books because we did not have the money to benefit from them. Quite amazingly though, two Cardiff City Board members had enough personal wealth to benefit from this land. So instead of investing in the club, they took away club assets in order to invest in themselves.

Exactly Guy and Hall are the parasites killing our club more so than other board members....

Good shout!!! We all knew about Guy,Hall and Ridsdale months even years ago But now we know about that two headed tw*t Borley

Just look at who ended up with a huge retail park, and probably will end up with the hotel site.

I'm pretty sure, when the stadium plans were first brought out when Sam was around the main advantage was the football club owning the retail site, and would be generating income from that!
