Ridsdale absolute liability and refused to answer any specifics. He was visibly shaking and I think the heat is on. I would never had thought Borley would refuse to back his chairman in public but I think that may change if investment is not secured.
Credit to Flitcroft for apologising about the season ticket scam and acknowledging we have had a transfer embargo on us since October. Something Ridsdale has never confirmed or denied.
All I want from the board is honesty. The club is teetering on the brink of collapse yet Ridsdale tells everyone how far we have come and that the club has been transformed. Our operating loss under him is no better than it was under Sam. We need 5% if shareholders to motion for a vote of no confidence in the chairman and that now has to be the focus.
Personally I back Borley I think ridsdale is a control freak and has Whitely in his pocket. Borley is probably party to very few decisions. Whatever others say he is our only hope of having genuine fans represented on the board. Nderstand why Annis will feel cheated today if Borley had led him to believe he would not back Ridsdale but at the moment I think he needs our support. The rest of the board do not deserve it at all.

That's all I've wanted as well Robbie. It's too late now. Even if they did start telling the truth I wouldn't believe them!
I really don't know what Borley's stance is or why he is continuing to back Ridsdale. People don't just change so radically over time so I still think there's something deeper that's making him back Ridsdale. I don't know what it is.

We have to keep the faith and stick TOGETHER. Nice to meet you all today,
in a way Ridsdales credibility has started to crumble. Very few specific points answered. He does not even know the total current debt. And he somehow thinks he is competent.....!

Do you think it's a possibility that Borley knows the only way to save the club is to get rid of the current board and the only way we can do that is if he stays on the board? If he rises against them then surely they'll vote him off?

Yeah, I don't like the sound of what happened today but I think we need to remember if we all turn on Borley then it will be playing into Ridsdale's hands. Let's look at the possible scenario if Borley had sided with Annis.
He would have been the only board member to do it, so the vote would still not have been passed and Borley would then be cast out. Then how would we be able to get rid of them? They could suck us dry until we're on our knees. At least with Borley we still have someone fighting our fight on the inside... hopefully. I don't know though.
