I agree it was just on the News about a fan asking for a VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE IN OUR CHAIRMAN.

Imagine what the news would have been had a director seconded that call for a vote of no confidence in Ridsdale?

well there are two ways to look at it

first the other directors have something planned ...lets hope it secures the future of the club

or second they are all in it together and today was a shambles

eitehr way I think calling for a vote of no confidence was the right thing to do

just because he wasnt voted against doesnt mean much as yet , the fact it was raised has stoked the fire

we cannot allow this financial mismanagement to continue

if this quickens the move to sell up , then great

if they cant sell up they will have to go into adminstration

considering we've been told on here that Borley is off to Malaysia next week that must mean that things are still happening.

What Borley doesn't need at the moment is for the board to turn against him, when he's trying to secure a takeover.

I think we should still back him.

I would imagine there's been plenty of times where he's wanted to speak out or release a statement, but as a board member it's probably quite difficult to release any statement that undermines the football club or the chairman.

Him or the whole board should be releasing somehting, but all that comes out is a stream of lies on a regular basis. Trust is something that has to be earned, the board seem to have had that for a very long time. They have done nothing for a long time to earn it, just the complete opposite.

People want the truth, they want(need) to know what is going on. The board had the chance to day but when it came to the crunch they failed to deliver and try to palm folk off with "can't discuss as it's sensitive" and all the usual tripe.

This bit confuses me. Is PR right to keep this confidential? I mean, we are talking about a room full of people who OWN the club, don't they have the right to know?

I think Guy apparently mentioned it to someone this morning too, that they were still there but were put off by the Tax issues in Novemeber. I'm skeptical, but we'll have to see

Do we know what's what Borley said to Annis though. Agreeing with Annis that Ridsdale needs to go is not the same thing as saying I will back you if you call a vote of no confidence. I don't know what the situation though
