TBH I would never expect my wife to fight my battles. You might begruginly respect her but I think Borley is pathetic for allowing it to happen.

100% agree. Mrs B backed and supported her husband as you would expect her to.

The less said about herself, the better.

I say we should delete this thread.

There is a bit of a difference between backing and supporting your husband and intervening like she did. At the end of the day where I live we have a rule, the men sort the men, the women sort the women.

A man is always on a loser when being confronted by woman and it shouldn't happen espeically in a stich up situation.

Lads, slagging off herself and making sexist remarks will only give us a bad name and them some brownie points in whatever case they will put against us.

Let's fight like men and leave the women out of it....unlike some others.

i was having a pop at mr borley and not mrs borley it was a piss take out of him no slur was meant for her and i think what she done was correct she was standing up for her husband.
and i would be proud of my wife for doing it but if i acted inn the manner of mr borley by stating things then not backing them up and letting people down i would explain things to my wife and see if she then thinks it appropiate to make amends
then so be it. but in no way was this meant as a slur on mrs bolrley

Couldn't agree more and I understood you were taking the piss; so why it turned into a Mrs B appreciation thread is beyond me..

No one is making sexist remarks.

It was an EGM, qustions were expected and required answering. The question was to the whole board, but she took umbridge. Good on her for standing up for him, but she must be aware of how two-faced he had been.

It's like I said, the less said about herself the better.
That's me finished on the subject.

Whilst defending your partner is fine, it's pretty clear he seemed to jump in allegedly ignorant of the facts.

Is she a shareholder? Curious if she isn't, shouldn't have even been there.

I like Christine personally, and one thing about her is if she has something to say she says it in fairness to her.
