Panel Beaters

Do anyone know of any good cheap panel beaters preferably around Bargoed way?

I ran someone over and dented my car on the way to the ground today.

£180 he quoted. He said he would have to fill it and then spray the whole bonnet.

I thought it only needed to pushed out, its only a small dent.
