If Borley would've said yes, he'd be off the board

Wed Feb 24, 2010 5:09 pm

Can somebody (ideally one of the people calling him a spineless c**t amongst other things) please give me one reason why this would have helped us?

For me that aint the issue, Borley had apparently indicated to Annis a vote of no confidence was needed as the malays will only deal once the Riddler gone.
Guy apparently stated after egm that the malays will come on board once tax bill settled and riddler's presence at the moment not an issue.
Either Annis has been fed bull or circumstances had changed and Annis not informed.

can you tell us why he put himself in this position he knew that the vote of no confidense was going to be called and he led people up the garden path then shot them down.
if he did not want to be involved in it he should have made his feelings known he could have emailed annis the board and told them that,so he as know one to blame bar hisself.
but the whole board are just as bad as him and the fans have no trust what so ever in any off them an d soon as they go trhe better

To be honest mate I'm yet to see a thread where annis has said that borley has specifically told him he'd back him in a vote of no confidence. If he did do that then he's an idiot because all it would be would a gesture and it would get the only city fan on the board off it, but like I said earlier, Borley telling annis that he wants PR out is different from promising him support at the EGM.

Of course I might be wrong and he did say that to annis I'm just saying I haven't come across that thread yet

Yeah I agree, it almost sounds like he didn't know annis was going to do that. Did he definitely know? annis?

exactly, if he had gone against pr then he would of been offthe board
thats business for you
cant see why so many people on here cant see it
always put on a united front-but doesnt mean they feel that way

same as in many things, if someone publically had a go at your family, you would back your family, even if you totally disagreed
