Keep him, he may want to explain himself.

Hopefully,

what are you opinions of him now anyway Annis?

you obviously feel betrayed, as I probably would, but can you see why he did it?

Actually Maccydee you have raised a good point. I do believe it is true that Ridsdale/Borley/any other board wanker read these boards on a regular basis.

Over the past few days on the run up to the EGM I have felt uncomfortable feeling that all the plans of the Trust/Annis were being laid out in front of the 'enemy' (for the want of a better word) and they easily planned a strategy to counter everyone today.

May be we have to smarten up and think outside the box from now on and don't make it so easy for them

Annis, maybe Steve told you he would back you in order to get the question asked. Maybe getting that out there starts people thinking. Ridsdale is now clearly unpopular and I think that came across in the meeting. You may have felt Steve shat on you but perhaps it's about the long game. If steve did not back ridsdale today the board could have easily got rid of him. The indication today was if 5% of shareholders put forward a motion for a vote of no confidence it would have to be put to another EGM. The trust have about 3% surely with the other minority shareholders we could get to the 5% needed to put this motion forward.

I know you feel badly let down but if you knew Steve wouldn't back you then you may not have asked the question. Now the question has been asked it is a matter of record that there are shareholders who have no confidence in the man. In a funny sort of way perhaps it was for the best. Seed is now planted.

Wouldn't have been better for Borley to have remained quiet while the question was asked rather than seem to be siding with PR and against the fans?

That's exactly what I am on about mate. They knew what was coming so had a strategy to counter. May do the same with the demo.
