In my very simplistic view I value the club at £1,950,000
This number comes from roughly 13,000,000 shares in circulation at a value of 15p
Obviously for an outside investor to buy the club they would have to settle the debts, as I understand it that's £10m to PMG and £10m to Langstone, £3m to the taxman and other bits and pieces. So I am guessing the going rate to buy the club is about £25m.
For that you get the current squad (with wage bill) and a stadium with no real income for nearly two years.
I may have loads of this wrong but I would like to be enlightened.

Wasn't there a £7million overspend on the stadium? Some has brobably been paid but there are two companies owed £700k a piece and CMB to pay.
I am assuming the tax is paid now as well.

There were a lot more shares issued at 15.69p than that.

I thought PMG had roughly 2,000,000 shares which was 15%, therefore 13,000,000

So the shares have a face value £6.5 million, but in the current market and with no short term income they may offer £4 million (10p).
Peter Ridsdale supposedly wants £18 million (45p) for a club with low income streams and about £25 million of debt.

So the 21/22M shares voted in proxy prior to the meeting last week would have carried the land sale irrespective of the votes there.

I dont think our current owners have the wedge to take us to the end of the season so to me they will have to sell the club dirt cheap or go into admin,if they go into admin shit will hit the fan. Ouestions will have to be answered, how could cardiff city council give land so cheap (owned by the cardiff ratepayers) to PMG who will walk away with a nice profit making retail park, while the capital city club is left in turmoil, local businesses could go to the wall through no fault of there own,and not forgetting the jobs which will be lost due to there (cardiff city football club board) incompetent management.PMG being a local company will end up struggling with a damaged reputation. My opinion is the major shareholders will have to sell for next to nothing, going to admin will not be an option.
