The March is to demonstrate Cardiff City Fans continuing frustration at what we feel is the poor running of the club as a business and Financial mismanagement that is/will be affecting future income streams.It is bourne out of genuine concerns that the club may fall into administration if no investment/funding is found.

Date : Saturday 6th March Middlesborough at Home.

Location: Starting at the empty car park behind the Admiral Napier pub in Canton, the march will set off at 14:00 to the stadium main entrance via Leckwith Road.

Times: meet at 13:30 set off 14:00.

Please bring banners, fog horns, your voices and make this a loud vocal demostration to show the board our concer

The protest march starts from behind the Napier at 1.30pm.

I'll publicise on here via a sticky this week.

An ad (attached below) went in yesterday's Echo. I believe a bigger ad will be in tomorrow's paper. Annis can certainly attract attention and already the march has been mentioned on the BBC. Red Dragon will be covering it as a news story, the Echo and other newspapers and sky TV are all informed about it.

It's a peaceful protest aimed at highlighting the ridiculous financial situation the club finds itself in and to show our (the fans) are not happy with the way the board have treated us namely the season ticket fiasco and taking the club to several high court winding up appointments.

All the while several people are extremely well paid for managing to spend OUR money on different things than we were told it was going to be spent on. Two Stadium managers, a media manager even though the club have banned the media from asking questions.

All of these points, and many more, have been highlighted before.

I welcome your comments and opinions on if you think the march / protest is a good idea. This is not about the personalities involved but the cause. Is it right or wrong and why?

If you just want to take a pop at those organising it then your opinions are not welcome.

I believe that up until this weekend a couple of hundred people may have been involved, the defeat at preston will make many more people sit up and take an interest and with publicity this week leading up to Saturday from this MB, the press and Annis' board then I can see 500 - 600 people taking to the street to protest, maybe more.

What really pissed me off from the EGM was that Alan Wiley admitted we were under a transfer embargo when the Club made the promise of new players in January if we signed up for the Platinum Ambassador scheme. Both myself and my Daughter whose a Student and can ill afford the monthly payments signed up thinking the extra money raised would be spent on players thus strengthening the squad and giving us a very good chance of the Play Offs and a outside chance of automatic.

However we know now that the Board never had any attention of spending on new players but instead used the money to service some of the debts they had run up by the gross mismanagement and also no doubt to ensure their over inflated salaries were paid for another month.

In my opinion the board took our money under false pretences and at best were cynical and at worst dishonest


Thats why both myself and my Daughter will be at the demo on Saturday and hope thousands others will be there too

dibs tours will be supporting this.will have as many from our tour group there as possible,also morgan (diblet) birthday 19 so can all get him a drink, i wont buy him them all year round,someone else can.
