when a manager has no passion and that is passed down to the team. When a manager dosent change the system to to counter the playing style or circumstances of the opposition.

All four plus a very over rated bunch of players who only play for their wages, no pride, passion, ambition or determination in 80% of them. Nothing but a mid table team at its best, I sincerely hope we go into admin in the summer and f**k off that 80%. Ledley, Matthews, McNaughton, Marschall, Burke, Blake, Whits can stay the rest Id be more than happy to see leave.
