i thought only the courts could ban you .... they tried to ban me at swindon but i would not sign form at police station...?
they try it on !

The club can ban you but an official banning order has to come from the court.

thats what im sayin i thought that but why is mallo banned ,,, surely thats wrong until proven guilty ? an he clearly is not guilty , the old bill need to get a grip an do one !

If you drink and drive and get nicked you can drive until your court appearance. So if you get nicked at the football you should be able to go until the court says otherwise.
