Every time we lose steve the riddler runs to other board members behind davey boys back telling them he needs to sack jones.

The lack of players signed in the transfer window is all down to Ridsdale and the transfer embargo. It seems that his transfer policy is the same as it was at Leeds. Offer these players big wages just so we can secure them and to hell with a wage structure that will fall within the realistic budgets of the club. We'll have trouble offloading them in the summer because no other club, bar any 'big' clubs, will be able to afford them. Seeing as a lot of the players we currently have in our squad are average, they won't go anywhere other than a similarly sized club to us, or a smaller one. And they can't afford to pay them what we are currently giving them. To try and get back on an even keel, we need to either sell anyone on over £8k a week (may be difficult given the reasons I've just mentioned), re-negotiate contracts for those that are on that amount or just let them run their contracts down and let them walk away. When we sign a player, the wages on offer are £8k a week and no more for the top earners. If we can't attract players for who we are as a club, so be it, but we can't go on offering £15/16k a week to any player, let alone some of the average players we are currently paying that sort of money to

Scapegoats as normal seeked, now starting to drop out play offs bigger excuses are needed.

Reality is unfortunatly hitting home now. The pair of them have pumped the well to their own gains and now the well is dry.

The pressure is really on The Riddler now. There are only 3 alternatives:

1. Administration
2. The Malaysians
3. Promotion

The first two options will mean that PR is out of a job (and not likely to work again) and either way his shares will be worth f@ck all.

While, promotion may mean that the Riddler redeems himself, gets another big bonus and keeps earning the big bucks.

So, maybe, thats why he goes into the dressing room - just in self interest - while DJ doesn't care a toss anymore and he will find another job somewhere although at about 1/3 of his current rate.

So lets keep up the pressure and get rid of this c@nt in March.

Sorry but its Jones job to pick the team and to motivate them when necessary. All those players are on fantastic wages and should give 100% every game, but they don't. The trouble is they are so detached from reality it stinks they go on about being tired, try telling that to the Doctors and Nurses or guys that work 12 hr shifts six days a week. Or even night shift workers. They don't know the meaning of the word tired, and to cap it off these people turn out in there thousands every week struggling to pay the bills and see that lot of piss takers put in performances which reflect they really don't care.
