This is the fundamental problem at the club since Ridsdale took over, costs & over heads far to high. To many chiefs, jobs for the boys on high salaries & long contracts. Playing team are few in numbers but on very high salaries & contracts, which, as we know, is a recipe for financial disaster. When PR was at Leeds the players called him 'father Christmas'.
