well he is gutless/passionless and it does rub off on the players.. Game after game I watch him stand at the dugout shaking his head or throwing his hands up.. I'd love to see us have a manager who stands on the touchline screaming at the players or giving them directions. I'm not saying he's the worst manager but I wish he'd grow a pair
