Should PMG

Sell the hotel once it's built, take off costs and use the profits to reduce the monies owed to them by CCFC (£9m ATM)?

Under normal circumstances there wouldn't be a cat's chance in hell of that happening, but morally they owe City as they have made a shed load of money out of the retail park.

Not only that it would make City's debt poition look a lot healthier if an outside investor fancied buying the club.

May be the Trust fancy writing to the club and suggesting this? :D

Tony,

Nice idea but the real problem is in March 2010.

Does anyone have any idea where the 1.2 million is coming from to get through March if the Malaysians do not invest?

It seems to me that the only option is to sell the club for a pound and hope that they take on all the debt - over to you Mr Borley.

There is no money for March, PMG have got what they wanted the land, plus all the retail, there is nothing left for them now but to sell their shares and some how get their £9 million out. They could take a loss as their company is rolling in it.

Fair comment but if Borley went out to Malaysia with a firm comment from PMG to collect part of what they are owed from profits generated from a future hotel sale, then that would have to hugely impress the Malaysians.
