hi folks ..... where is worse pain for havin tattoo ?
i have 24 tatts in various body parts an thought 1 on my side <rib> area was quite painful! i got my shoulder done which stretches around to neck an that was ok <had that done in miami ink> havin work now on center upper back working down to bottom back an for me the pain i went throu was horrible , i have always sat my sittings right through be it 2 3 or 4 hours to a finish but on this one i had to cut short through agony lol.....
tell us your worst area as we must have differeht pain barriers ? or are you a tattoo virgin or even thinking of getting 1 done?

i have some chinese symbols on my arm and a large black dragon on my lower leg which took 4 hours to do, not alot of pain but i had a reaction to the ink and my leg swelled to twice the size lol

personally found the worst pain right on my shoulder blade.

Thinking of having my left shoudler done and over my chest which i imagine is gonnna be a bit of pain, but its an addiction.

my arms and neck I was alright with painful but ok, however the one on my shoulder blade he had the smelling salts out for

Only got 2 now, both on my arms, so not much pain.

my mate had a tattoo done in the Philippines it is of a mythical dragon the lines are millimeters apart and dead parallel even though it was done with a bamboo and a stick, easily the best tattoo ive seen.

I have a bluebird on my left upper arm,Celtic Cross on Right upper which were no problem.
On my back i have a large tribal sun with celtic knots in the centre and my son and daughters names and date of birth.One on the top of design and the other on the bottom.
The pain on my back was horrendous for a 3 hour sitting,Although i will say i think the more you eat beforehand the less the pain.
Thinking of having more done as it doesn't put you off,It is so addictive.
All mine have be done by John Treharne in Broadway (Skin Creation) Very good artist but a very moody guy

agree totally .... the back is painful ! yeah i used john many a moon ago , had it covered now thou as went off it , hope dont go off this 1 ha ! yeah he is good but moody lol , im been using lee clements in barry for past yeah he tops ,

My Bro in laws tatoo on his back, thats his full back mind, cant get anything else on there its huge.

the night before i was wasted, cocktail of drugs and woke up , still fucked, yer bring on the tats, sat there in the chair, everything going fine then after 1 min i passed out, when i was coming around i could feel warm, looked down and i was pissing myself lol so legged it into the back room (the tattooists living room lol) he told me to go home, get changed and have sumthing to eat, returned a hour later eating 3 bars bars and 2 sunny D's and i was fine lol

I've been told the upper abdomen (Ribs) are one of the worst places to have a tattoo done.

aprt from the bluebird on my right leg, i have a conger eel, and a rainbow trout on my left leg, and a tattoo of my avatar(blues brothers) top of my right arm, and everyone of them really f*cking hurt
