The answer would probably be no.

We were still getting close to 20,000 crowds at Ninian Park, so the move really was for financial reasons and certain individuals to make loads of money. The new ground wasnt really needed!!!!!!!!

We weren't allowed terracing at NP after this (or last?) season so the capacity would have been reduced to around 11000. That would've fucked us even more.

Perhaps we could have put seats in the bob bank terrace and extended the roof maybe.

Ninian Park was dying, let's not try and hide that fact. I am pretty sure a few times I stepped on some of the terracing and it crumbled away from me and I could swear the girders were creaking!

The move to the new stadium was essential but the financial ramifications were exaggerated. I felt let down by the stadium name for starters. I felt 'St. David's Park' was pretty much the agreed name for it. Cardiff City Stadium is just shit.

I would have liked more originality in its design as well. Maybe some artistry on the outside done by local artists or at least some kind of pattern relating to the club. It wouldn't have cost a lot.

Basically the move to the new stadium has been really terribly managed and I feel let down by it.

Totally agree with you being let down. The people in charge of moving us to the new stadium should have budgeted the new ground carefully, but as long as they lined their own pockets, they dont care about the ramifications of our club!!!!!!!!

The only reason we were getting close to 20.000 was because it was our last season there.
