I havent watched Merthyr for ages. Think the lads off the message boards/trust members and supporters should turn up to a game in Merthyr one day to boost their coffers and have some drinks and a get together, obviously when City are not playing:ayatollah:
Perhaps put a few Ridsdale banners up on the terraces.

So whats next Annis, are you going to bid?

I feel for the next owner... getting the crowds to PP is not an easy task. People my age not interested and infact take the "mickey" out of me for watching them. I laugh it off and say was Man U good on match of the day then?

If you want to do it Annis then I say go for it. Merthyr Tydfil FC are in a dire state and just need stability. There's 1 million and 1 worse owners out there who could come in than you so I'm sure Merthyr fans would embrace someone who could help them out. If they want a Merthyr thoroughbred then they're holding out on a dream so to get a passionate individual who lives nearby and at least watches as many games as he can already offering stability then that's something they should be grateful for.

Just make sure it's right for you and the club though.
